Call customer service at 1-800-338-3987 if you need the password for your product. For certain online only products there are no printed IRG materials available, therefore, you must call customer service. Then click the "Retrieve IRG" button below . Once entered this will send you to a secure area of our server and the Instructor's Resource Guide and/or materials will appear in your browser. You can then either cut and paste the IRG text directly into your word processor or save the file from your browser to your hard disk drive to work with later. Directions on how to access and use the materials are part of the secure page that you are going to. Please be as careful with this password as you are with your printed version of your IRG.
