Try It! Interactive Exercise - Road Map to a Goal

We make many decisions on any given day. Most of them are minor and require little thought:

  • Should I have ham or turkey for lunch?
  • Should I take my umbrella or my raincoat?
  • Should I sit in the front of the classroom or in the back?

Other decisions are more complicated, however, and may impact on your lifestyle, your future, or your emotional state. These decisions require more thought and may involve some logical analytical considerations before you come to some conclusion.


In order to practice this kind decision making, try the following exercise. It requires you to consider various alternatives before you decide to take one road or another.

Each choice you make results in some issues you must consider before you make the next decision
