16. Objective personality tests are administered and scored according to standardized procedures. The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) matches the personality of the test-taker with people in various occupations. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) can be used to identify a variety of personality characteristics. The California Personality Inventory (CPI) measures personality in normal populations. Other objective tests include the 16PF, the NEO-PI-R, and the MBTI.
