Bioethics
The field of psychology involves the study of human emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and of the physiological processes that produce these attributes. Do you believe that it is in the best interest of society at large to delve into such private matters as emotions? Do you consider it an invasion of individual privacy to have someone’s thought process examined? How valuable is it to have behaviors identified as “normal” or “abnormal”? Who should make that determination? Following is a list of questions that involves ethical decisions in the field of psychology. It is a simple survey in which you should respond either True or False to each statement. Think first before you respond.
